"Bourbon, Bagels & Bruce" hosted by Dan Fagan, Restaurant Broker and former Restauranteur, and Ultimate Bruce Springsteen fan. It's a love ride, taking people out every week to explore the 3 Bs, Bourbon, Bagels and Bruce.
Dan will be putting his extensive restaurant and bar experience to work celebrating some of the most fascinating people in the food and beverage business today and paying homage to the folks whose now classic eateries laid the foundation for the style and cuisine of their respective cities. He will also be spotlighting the innovations of today's top Bar Chef's and Mixologists.
What would any of this be without an appreciation for Bruce? Yeah that's what we say. The ultimate American storyteller, who pairs well with just about all food and drink -- most certainly with Bourbon.
