We had so much fun in North Park, San Diego at the California Tap Room with COO, John Paul "Boomer" Iacoangelo. California Tap Room is the only shop featuring hand rolled soft pretzels & craft beer.
Boomer, a native Philly dude who loves travel, tasting beer, and eating soft pretzels, teamed up with Pretzelogist, Jeff, who had stumbled upon a small artisan pretzel bakery that has been baking pretzels the same artisan hand rolled way for decades. Their mutual passion for craft beer, ciders, soft pretzels, and fun (!) led to the inception of the California Tap Room.
