Yale Jackson Institute Senior Fellow Emma Sky speaks to Rayan Semery-Palumbo about moving to the US from Saudi Arabia as a child, being homeless in Arizona after his father abandoned the family after 9/11, and the structural barriers that keep people in poverty.
