Description

On today's ep, we get into a weird one: Sugar Ray's debut album, Lemonade and Brownies.

Debuting in 1995, the newly formed band kicked off an unlikely career with an odd-ball, proto-numetal album. Although their sound drastically changed later in their career, they still hold the distinction of being one of the first bands to help form the scene they would later stray far, far away from. We talk lounge songs, John Carpenter, Nicole Eggert's booty, and so, so much more.

Join us as we go track by track and try to crack this unique album, and also make some shocking connections with some of the genre's founding fathers.
