We are happy to conclude 2021 with our last premiere of the year courtesy of Chilean producer and co-founder of Dosis Records, John Plaza. Releasing on the Wales-based NFEREE label, the eight-track ambient techno album 'Altostrados' is full of groovy atmospherics and cinematic synth lines.
‘Eckig’ takes on an immersive odyssey to the low starry sky, creating a dynamic of hypnotic austerity. The underlying warmth of its spacey, dreamy pads and acid-sparkled blips shadowing a trippy-charged percussion, give the way to a lively-spirited emotion to shine through its minimalistic rhythmic skeleton.
