A follow-up to 2015’s ‘Textures,’ released on Tiefhaus’ sub-label, Nikita Digital, Eric Rigo’s latest EP is a study in composition, where form follows function. “This…is quite personal…I am always grateful for the opportunity to share [my music] with people,” he says. With clear and articulate musical passages, grounded by solid percussive sequences that are energized by driving bass lines, ‘Structures’ demonstrates Eric’s artistic growth, making this collection of tunes, which includes an eloquent Mechanical Pressure remix, deeply convincing.
