Kevin Paczesny has the ability to delicately oscillate between dark and light arrangements, without sounding that is neither heavy nor under-handed, without underwhelming his commitment to entertain. Reminiscent of the underground progressive house of the 90s, Paczesny brings that nostalgic quality to Tiefhaus, taking with him Michael Hokanson, as remixer. The driving nature of both their tunes does not dissipate; it moves forward like a steady pulse that goes on at an underground dance party, stirring dancers’ experiences to the ambience of an “Endless Night.”
