The FCC has announced: The COVID-19 Telehealth Program will provide immediate support to eligible health care providers responding to the COVID-19 pandemic by fully funding their telecommunications services, information services, and devices necessary to provide critical connected care services until the program’s funds have been expended or the COVID-19 pandemic has ended.
The FCC has announced that the Commission’s Wireline Competition Bureau will begin accepting applications for the COVID-19 Telehealth Program beginning Monday, April 13, 2020 at 12:00 PM ET at the following address https://www.fcc.gov/covid-19-telehealth-program.

For those of you who need to complete the 3 step process please find guidance below:
1. To obtain an FCC registration number go here https://apps.fcc.gov/coresWeb/publicHome.do
2. File a 460 for an individual HCP site or 460(s) for a Consortium here https://rhc.usac.org/hcf/public/publicFindHcp.htm
3. Register with the system for Award Management
Applicants that do not yet have an eligibility determination from USAC can still nonetheless file an application with the Commission for the COVID-19 Telehealth Program while their FCC Form 460 is pending with USAC.
