This track started out as a popular street busking improvisation with the TC Electronics Flashback #1 pedal. That delay pedal is stereo and my Stick Guitar has two fretboards so I cabled six strings through the pedal's left channel and the other six string through the pedal's right channel. Then I ran the pedal with almost eternal looping feedback and straight 8th note taps on the fifths tuned fingerboard and triplets on the fourths tuned fingerboard. That poly-rhythm is a great recipe for groove and here's what it sounds like. (for recording the piece I duplicated that patch into my AxeFxII for easier recording workflow, but musically the TC pedal sounds just as good)
