Danish tenor saxophonist and bandleader Carsten Meinert was educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and has played with a number of Danish and foreign jazz and beat-musicians, including in group CM Music Train, Skunk Funk Others Inspired by especially John Coltrane. He is the co-founder of the record label Spectator Records. His album ‘To You’ was first released on Carsten Meinert's own label in 1968 and was remastered and re-released in 2015.
