François Bourassa has established several musical domains in some 30 years of his career. As a pianist, composer and band leader, he has long been recognized as an example of contemporary Canadian jazz on the international stage. As a model musician with regard to the constancy and evolution of his art, he challenges both himself and his colleagues and an ever-growing circle of listeners.
