Our 14th release comes from Nakul Ambilkar, aka SEQU3l, hailing from Pune, India. His breakthrough track “We Evolve” landed up on Markus Schulz - Buenos Aires ’13 compilation and it’s been uphill ever since. With music on Movement, Ultraviolet, Beat Boutique & recently PHW Elements, his powerful productions have been a firm favorite for many. After having featured on the label with his interpretation of Simon Firth’s “Stress Test” through Untold Stories Volume I, we’re proud to present SEQU3l’s much anticipated debut EP on Juicebox Music.
Starting off the EP is the monstrous title track “Timelapse”, SEQU3l’s answer to ‘less is more’. A simple yet tough groove that drives through while an infectious riff slowly creeps in, only to launch into the full hypnotizing stanza during the break, constantly building in intensity ensuring the momentum carries forward.
The second original “Still Moments In Everyday Life” peeks into the darker & deeper territory with a tom-driven groove and bursts of edgy effects, only to pause for a moment to sprinkle bits of light through an ethereal melody.
