On May 30, 2015, the Tulane Club of New York held its seventh annual crawfish boil for alumni at the 79th Boat Basin Cafe, an open-air patio and rotunda overlooking the Hudson River. In this edition of the Green Room, Katy Ray interviews some of the attendees, getting their thoughts on the benefits of participating in Tulane alumni events, and revealing a fervent communal affection for Tulane and New Orleans.
