This instalment of 'The Lake <3 Alice' features Japanese saxophonist, composer and producer, Yasuaki Shimizu, who won a following in the mid-80’s with his albums Utakata no Hibi (1983) and Kakashi (1982). He played a sold out concert at Alice in Copenhagen on November 11th 2018, where we had the chance to talk with him about having a long career and still feeling like it only happened recently, about being inspired by natural sounds and the lifelong will to translate it into music. Futhermore the program contains beautiful recordings from the concert evening at Alice. Enjoy
