AMENITIES-RICH MIAMI CONDO TOWER COMPLETE, NEARLY SOLD OUT
Boasting private elevators to some residences’ entry foyers, the 60-story, 569-unit Paramount Miami Worldcenter condominium tower is complete in the US$4-billion Miami Worldcenter master-planned community, The Real Deal reports. Four years after a launch party that featured the world’s largest disco ball, developers Dan Kodsi and Miami Worldcenter Associates have received a temporary certificate of occupancy and report the development is almost 90% sold to buyers from 56 countries. Prices average out to US$1.2 million, but go up to more than US$10 million for penthouses. Amenities include an outdoor soccer field, tennis courts, a pool, gyms, a spa and, potentially, a 5,000-ft2 skyport for passenger drones “if and when flying cars become legal.” Elkus Manfredi designed the tower, with O’Donnell Dannwolf & Partners Architects Inc. the architect of record.
