CBUS DELIVERS MANHATTAN-INSPIRED TOWER TO MELBOURNE
Developer Cbus has delivered a 42-story residential tower to Melbourne, Australia, that Cbus Property CEO Adrian Pozzo said brings Manhattan's Central Park "luxury apartment lifestyle" to the city, The Urban Developer reports. Called 35 Spring Street, the building was designed by Bates Smart with an asymmetric, geometric façade, oversized windows, and amenities such as a wine cellar, concierge, lap pool and gym. It neighbors the historic Old Treasury Building on Spring Street and is designed to complement it, yet stand as a beacon, within these surroundings.
