ELEVATOR CLASSES OPEN TO NYC BUILDING MANAGERS
The New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM) will present professional-development sessions on elevator technology for building managers as part of the requirement for the New York Accredited Realty Manager Certification, the association recently announced. The upcoming elevator sessions are scheduled for September 18, October 1 and October 15, and will continue on into November. The program is designed to teach building managers about the sophisticated new elevator technology being used in new construction, as well as modernization.
