FOSTER + PARTNERS’ PAIR WOULD SHARE MIAMI’S TALLEST TITLE
If they are built, a pair of 1,000-plus-ft.tall towers joined by a base will share the title of Miami's tallest building with four other new buildings, ArchDaily reports. Designed by Foster + Partners, the structure would contain approximately 660 condominiums, underground parking and a street-level pedestrian plaza with retail. The firm's Norman Foster said the base of the building "continues the axis of Southeast 12th Terrace, drawing life back to the bay." It is planned for Miami's bustling Brickell neighborhood.
