Using a web-based maintenance management system, data such as age, use and environment is gathered from your specific unit and analyzed to automatically generate an annual MCP.

327-UNIT ORDER FOR KONE IN NORTHWEST CHINA
KONE has been awarded a 327-unit contract to supply elevators and escalators to Xi'an Metro lines 4 and 1 in Xi'an, one of 13 emerging megacities in northwest China. The order consists of 246 TransitMasterTM escalators along with 33 S MonoSpace®, 38 N MonoSpace® and 10 S MiniSpaceTM elevators. For line 4, which spans more than 35 km underground, escalators will be installed in 14 stations and machine-room-less (MRL) elevators in 29 stations. For line 1, escalators and MRL elevators will be installed in four stations.
 
42-STORY MIXED-USE TOWER RISING IN NYC’S MIDTOWN EAST
A 42-story tower that will include ground-level retail and apartments is rising at 212 East 44th Street in Midtown East in New York City (NYC), with construction having reached the seventh floor, New York YIMBY reports. Developed by BLDG Management, the building will contain approximately 430 apartments on the seventh through 41st floors. Handel Architects is the design architect and SLCE Architects is the executive architect. Completion is anticipated in 2017.
