Its 363 rental apartments with 23 different configurations were made possible by 930 steel modules fabricated offsite at the nearby Brooklyn Navy Yard. Rising to a height of 359 ft., it is to be an example of reducing environmental impact and offering a creative way forward for the construction industry to address the intersecting needs of cities.
