During this year of the pandemic, another of the many victims has been Food Security. As people remain in their homes, many no longer working and needing help, food banks have been depleted. CASA Cares, a Concordia University organization, is helping out. Former EMSB student, Divya Aery, VP Involvement at CASA Cares is asking the EMSB community to help replenish the food banks…without even leaving your home on March 13. Divya, along with Honoré Mercier Principal Sonia Marotta and Grade 6 student Julianne Falbo tell us how to get involved, what is needed as well as what schools and students can and are doing.
