Our dear friend and Swishcraft Music Artist, James Torres, went in for a planned surgery on Thursday, April 30th. At the end of that surgery he suffered complications that caused permanent damage to his brain and other organs. And on Wednesday, May 6th he passed away. James was loved by many and we will all cherish the time we had with him and the impact he had on our lives. We established the Go Fund Me in order to help cover his medical and funeral expenses. We ask that in exchange for taking a copy of the EP, that you make a donation, no matter what the size, to the fund.
James Torres, Matt Consola & Leo Frappier formed a remixing and production team in late 2013 and had begun producing club remixes for a handful of International artists. In addition, they produced the above original track, 'Don't Change A Thing' that was set to be released later this year. Swishcraft Music and the remaining members of the team are making this track available immediately to commemorate the memory of James Torres, and in order to help cover some of the costs associated with his hospitalization and funeral costs.
