Here's my latest mix: "DISCO" an extended live vinyl mix, using original Disco records from the 1970s. Tracks by some of our favorites like Donna Summer, Destination, Kikrokos, Giorgio Moroder, Earth, Wind & Fire, Azoto, Jackie Moore, Francie Joli, Don Ray, Musique, Patrick Hernandez, Thelma Houston, John Davis & The Monster Orchestra, Love & Kisses, and many others.
I've always wanted to do this, and I dedicate it to the best Disco dancers in the World, to the ones that gave their extensive priceless record collection, that inspire me in so many ways every single day, and that introduced me to Disco since I was in the womb: My Lovely Parents: Jaime & Margarita Narvaez.
This set was done the old fashion way, with two turntables, mixer and a microphone. It contains original underground Disco on vinyl, and it aired live on Thursday September 8th on Terence Toy's radio show on Deep Soul Radio, it also aired on Hollywood After-Hours Radio Show hosted by Jaime Narvaez.
(Note: Mixing original Disco records on turntables that were produced with real instruments and musicians, is totally different than mixing tracks that were not. Therefore, the actual mixes have to be just a tad quicker)
