At age 10, Tai Ngo was a Vietnamese "boat person," who escaped the war in that country as a refugee, and eventually was adopted by the Shaw family in Upstate New York in the early 1980s. decades later, Tai Shaw is a successful Central New York entrepreneur, community activist and leader.
