The Canadian Committee for the Arts is an arms-length funding agency that provides individuals and arts organizations with resources to pursue their artistic endeavors. This week the committee came under fire after it was discovered that an adult entertainment nightclub called The Blue Moon in Belleville, Ontario received an artistic development grant totalling $100,000.
