All across America and throughout the world, the inauguration of resident Trump has ignited an unprecedented activism against sexism, racism, classism and xenophobia as is evident in the events that have taken place since his election. The women’s march that took place the day after president Trump was sworn in is a good example of this activism.
From Berkeley high school students who took to the street to demonstrate against Trump’s inauguration to the many voices of resistance at the women’s march in Oakland and the protest in San Francisco we speak to representatives from community groups who are actively organizing to resist tyranny and mobilize their communities into action.
