Kari and Audrey discuss the long awaited sequel to Disney/Pixar's take on superheroes.It's Brad Bird's "Incredibles 2" This one is interesting, it has real highs and lows - some of the kids stuff, dare we say - incredible. Some of the overarching themes? Confusing and muddled. There is also the question of whether making a female lead character too strong and too competent inherently makes her story less interesting than her male counterpart. Finally, and this is so important, we attempt to fully comprehend that Edna Mode is voiced by Brad Bird himself.
