This was a tribute to the late Kurt (Kurdt) Cobain that I did back in 1994, after I heard the news about his death on April 8th. This is the unmixed, rough version done in the moment as my emotions were flowing. I recorded this straight to 4-Track. I added extra vocals as well as transferred the 4-Track mix to ADAT in 1996 for my EP simply titled Why??. My intent was to have this go to a suicide prevention organisation but you can imagine the legal battle dealing with the sampled news and Nirvana footage.
