Questions can be annoying. Like when you're in the middle of something important, and out of nowhere someone peppers you with distracting questions. Sometimes it's the timing of the question that's annoying; sometimes, it's the question itself. (Like the old joke about the nudnik...)
But some questions are invaluable. These questions challenge your understanding and disrupt the status quo. Once these kinds of questions are asked, there's no going back. It's forward and onward.
As the Jewish mystics conceive it, these driving questions stem from the dimension of "ohr chozer" -- the rebounding light. See, there's the light that radiates in a straightforward manner. That light dissipates. But then there's the light that rebounds. That light is truly powerful.
In this session of Kabbalah Cafe we examine the magic that is rebounding light, and learn how we can leverage its power in our own lives -- in our conversations, relationships, and spiritual pursuits.
