As you've been hearing in our news bulletins, the ESB estimates the number of premises in Clare which remain without power this morning to be 3,900 as crews continue their efforts to restore electricity to all those affected by Storm Éowyn.

Uisce Éireann meanwhile says 2,500 homes and businesses here are still experiencing water supply disruptions as the utility works to reconnect customers.

Hundreds in the north Clare village of Tubber are still heavily impacted by last week's extreme weather event and it's understood that it'll be another few days before power and water return for some.
