This is the studio recording of composer Geoffrey Gordon's Concerto for Cello and Orchestra, after the Thomas Mann novel, Doktor Faustus, featuring cellist Toke Moldrup, conductor Lan Shui, and the Copenhagen Philharmonic (which commissioned the work in 2014).
