Harry Cayton OBE, Chief Executive of the Professional Standards Authority, gives the keynote address at our event, one year on from the Francis Inquiry report. Harry gives his assessment on what he describes as the 'patchy' progress being made on what he thinks were the four key elements of the Francis Inquiry report: transparency, accountability, patient-centredness and culture change. Harry also discusses what helps create a culture of good quality and how this evidence can be used in the NHS.
