On Thursday The State of The Ravens presser is scheduled for 2 PM and the featured speakers will be Messrs. Bisciotti, Harbaugh, Newsome and Cass.
The presser will generate much interest because as we’ve seen in the past, owner Steve Bisciotti takes to a losing season like a vampire takes to a beach in the Caribbean.
