Derek Field is Westwood Living's Expert Contributor in Martial Arts and Self Defense. He started Field Martial Arts, originally in Sharon, and ultimately moved the studio to Norwood.
He and the staff welcome people of all ages and abilities, teaching beginner's Karate and more advanced Krav Maga and self-defense classes for young adults and adults.
