An unofficial theme for this podcast from the beginning has been men and women and the #metoo movement.
I saw Judith Taylor, professor of sociology and women & gender studies talking about Incels (involuntary celibates)on the CBC after the tragic events in Toronto (https://youtu.be/wEeLSTOZA2Q). She displayed a level of understanding and compassion for men in this community in a way that I've never seen in mainstream media.
I looked her up and forwarded an email, and she responded!
We talk through a bunch of issues with boys and girls, men and women, incels, why people turn to violence, and how as a culture and community we can prevent it.
