In this LIVE episode of What’s Next, Afsheen chats with Joseph Berger a Queen’s University Grad in 2007 and a Queen’s Law JD Grad in 2015. Joseph Berger is a committed litigator and advocate with particular experience in administrative law and professional regulation at Paliare Roland. Joe joined the firm in 2022 after practising for a number of years as in-house counsel at two large provincial professional regulatory bodies. In addition to appearing in front of numerous administrative boards and tribunals, Joe has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and at an Inquest of the Office of Ontario’s Chief Coroner.
