Description

I went to Cuba this March 2018 and I came back with a series of thoughts that I share here:

-- Most human pain is psychologically created.
---Suffering is about the "little me" entity in people that has an unhappy story that it identifies with and that story is transferred and imposed upon other people. You have a history and the present moment is given that history to manage.
It is not the fair thing to do to anything new is what some are born into because it would be socialism and disloyal to their Cuba the are told.
I wanted to tell them -- You need a new way. You must separate then from NOW. Get into the present moment. You will be more alive, more aware, more vibrant. Your state of consciousness is altered and you are more alert. There us no such thing as too much on your mind if you handle the matters in front of you. Make a list and work through the list. Make the list and pray over the list. Schedule the events be it your meal or your workout. I say no indicators that they even work out. Get up and do it! It is only then that you can get to the present moment. It is when you do this that you are truly present and truly spiritually here. Cubans and all of us need a new way.

How old are you?
Fallen in love , fallen out, when was it that you went to school?
The body you house has been well most of the time and you may have experienced one or two illnesses. Is this the norm?
What is the ingredient in all that you have experienced so for that has always been the same?
A message that you hear?
Thoughts and feelings changes all the time so it is none of those.
What ingredient never changes? Do you ever ask yourself , " Self -- have I always been here? "
