Leroy, left on the city train
just a kid who couldn’t take the pain
moved by the rhythm of the tracks
decided he ain’t going back

Leroy, just didn’t have a clue

in what just seemed a little time
got with some kids and a life of crime
it wasn’t great but at least now he belonged
