with them.

intense romantic moment
perhaps a honeymoon romp
or just some sweet sixteen smooching
in the back of a car at the park
use music to help carry you there-
there is probably a song
for every moment in our lives
that was playing then
that one special
song you so love.
Go back to a place
you cherished
and spend the day
even if it is no longer there
breathe the air,
walk the fields
your youthful feet trod
Or call an old friend from
way way back when
and just chat
and be sure to reflect
upon yourself
when you look in the mirror
and take stock
using admiration only
to define all of your assets.

has a whole lot more to offer...
That space
inside of us all
that harbors us from
the cruel edges
of each day’s loneliness
and other sad realities

Walk softly there
leave no depressions

go barefoot in the

relive the love

race your soul
till they both won
cherish the soft touch of
a concerned friend
or just spend
some moments
on the beach
with the wind in your hair
and salt tang on your lips
gulls crying stereo wails
for all the days
you were away;

hug of compassion

we have all at one
time or another
been in the land
of uninspired
on an incline
overwhelmed
where gravity
strains the shoulders
and despair is the only
pairing you know;
Escape from that place
to your personal space
that knows none
of the burdens
and then dally

and just s m i l e ! !
Just Smile......
and when the
blues come again
to fill your shoes
drink from that well
once more and be restored
and then go out and
make new memories
adding others to your space
which is your very special place.
