Two hearts as one
have now been cleft
by feelings lost
so what is left??
When one you love
is now bereft
of sweet emotions
two shared and wept.
What takes their place?
disdain? dispair??
The attitude of
I don't care?
When feelings die
mistakes are massive
one heart enraged
the other passive,
Forgivenessffffff sought
is seldom granted
love's magic becomes
disenchanted.
In the passive heart
apathy grows
just more lost feelings
I suppose?
Now two
numbed hearts
no longer feel,
the love that loss
of feelings steal.
Can loss of feeling
be reversed
can new love grow
from love dispersed.
If bad and good times
were both wieghed,
the good would show,
love should have stayed
but it had to go
Two hearts as one
have now been cleft
one's on a sleeve
the other's left. ..............
