About
I've been a DJ for over 10 years, and throughout this journey, I’ve never limited myself to a single genre, I guess you could say I’m a “genre-fluid” DJ, as people like to call it now. For me, the essence of DJing is the ability to adapt: to read the room, respond to the moment, and shape a set that fits the space, time, and crowd. There’s no formula for connection: sometimes you catch magic with the audience, sometimes you don’t, and even after all these years and countless gigs, I’ve never seen the same track land the same way twice. Looking ahead, I’m working on an EP that explores a more experimental sound stepping out of my comfort zone is key to evolving and staying creatively alive.
Card 37: Suit - Outer Self
Belongs to the Lixin type
These are cards that represent the philosophy of Sihtreh. In the light, the cards smile upon those aspects are the easiness of how to achieve certain quality or capacity, as in the dark is the lack of it, the difficulty, struggle to find the way to the concept that can help into finding the light. Speak of the path we follow and how to act and proceed, how to see the world in relation to ourselves and how to read what surrounds us.
Suit - Outer self
The Outer self belongs the world, unchangeable and in constant motion. That which is called Nathiel in the conception of Taleh (reality). The concrete world, the whole existent in state of purity. Our surrounding, our context, conditioning, along with the circumstances in which we are. The world as we know it, even if to be our version of it. The senses and sensations in the first essential stage. The abstract world, unaffected by perception or interpretation. That which is; not the possible but the empirical, later subject to perception. What lacks meaning.
How did the meaning of the tarot card inspire the journey of this mix?
This mix is an instinctive exploration of sound. I didn’t think in genres,
I followed a narrative that unfolded naturally, with moments of lightness, tension, and release. It mirrors how life moves: unpredictable, sometimes testing, but always leading you somewhere unexpected. Inspired by the idea of the "Outer self" - the world as it is, unfiltered and in motion, I wanted to create a journey that feels like sitting by the ocean, letting thoughts drift, sensing things without needing to define them. No overthinking - just presence, emotion, and sound.
