David Cone was a third round draft pick of the Kansas City Royals in 1981 MLB Draft, he made his MLB pitching debut 5 years later in 1986 and went on to have a 17 year major league career , He won the 1994 Cy Young Award and was a five-time All-Star and led the major leagues in strikeouts each season from 1990–92. A two-time 20 game-winner, A five time World Series champ his 8–3 career postseason record and his 2.12 era in World Series reinforced his status as one of the premier big game pitchers of his era. He pitched the sixteenth perfect game in baseball history in 1999 He currently serves as a color commentator for the New York Yankees on the YES Network and WPIX.He along with Jack Curry wrote a fascinating new book Full Count: The Education of a Pitcher , He joins Mark , Aj and Ryan to talk about it,
