Henrik Lundqvist stopped all 13 shots he faced while playing in the first 29:48 of tonight’s game, and he was selected as the game’s Second Star. Lundqvist enters the 2019-20 season as the NHL’s leader in career appearances (857), career wins (449), and career shutouts (63) among active goaltenders. He made at least 30 saves in 27 of his 52 appearances last season, and he ranked sixth among NHL goaltenders in games with 30 or more saves in 2018-19.
