Jacob Trouba tied a single-game career-high with three points (one goal, two assists), recorded his first goal, assist, and point as a Ranger, and led all skaters with five hits while skating in a game-high 24:26 of ice time. He was selected as the game’s Second Star. Trouba made his Rangers debut in tonight’s game. According to NHL Stats and Information, he is the first defenseman to tally three points in his Rangers debut in franchise history. He posted a three-point game for the fifth time and a multi-assist game for the 23rd time in his NHL career.
