Kenny Harper (5-10, 233) signed as a freee agent with he NY Giants after impressing at the Giants rookie minicamp , Harper has earned a spot on the team's current 90-man roster, a person with knowledge of the situation told NJ Advance Media.
Harper had 87 carries for 307 yards and five touchdowns his senior season. He was a team captain for the Owls.
