Mika Zibanejad tallied three points (two goals, one assist), all on the power play, led all skaters with six shots on goal, 15 shot attempts, and 12 faceoff wins (12-for-21; 57.1%), and logged 23:56 of ice time. He was selected as the game’s Third Star. Zibanejad, who was selected as the NHL’s Second Star of the Month for February, registered his 31st goal of the season in today’s contest, establishing a new career-high. He has tallied a point in 10 of the last 11 games (10 goals, eight assists), and he has recorded a goal in seven of the last eight contests.
