Mike Tannenbaum has over 18 years of NFL experience at various levels of NFL personnel departments and front offices. He was hired by the New York Jets on February 19, 1997 as the Director of Player Contract Negotiations.[1] Over the years, he served in numerous administrative positions with the team including Senior Vice President of Football Operations and Assistant General Manager.and succeeded Terry Bradway as the team's general manager in 2006, his tenure was a resounding success for the Jets (well, at least by Jet standards). He has produced three playoff trips, two AFC championship games and only one season under .500. He joined the Miami Dolphins . as a consultant in August 2014 and served as the Fins Executive Vice President of Football Operations from 2015 to 2018.
