Sam Gagner was the youngest member of Team Canada’s gold medal-winning team at the 2007 World Junior Championships in Sweden . He was selected, sixth overall, in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft,by the Edmonton Oilers where he would play tor the first seven years of his NHL career.
