Sheldon Kennedy is a the former fourth round draft pick of the Detroit Red Wings, he also played for the Boston Bruins and Calgary Flames in the National Hockey League (NHL). His time playing with the Swift Current Broncos of the Western Hockey League is the subject of a new feature length documentary which explores his journey from young hockey player who was sexually abused by his junior hockey coach, Graham James, to his work today as a crusader for victims of abuse in Canada and worldwide. The director of the film Swift Current, is Joshua Rofe' Mark Rosenman and AJ Carter welcome them both to talk about this important film.
