THE METS Acquired HIM from Pittsburgh on August 27 along with minor league infielder Dilson Herrera, in exchange for catcher John Buck and outfielder Marlon Byrd, Lost in the Jacob degrom rookie success was his three-game winning streak that was the longest by a Mets rookie reliever since Hisanori Takahashi had two, three-game winning streaks in 2010. Posted a 2.25 ERA (two earned runs/8.0 innings) over his final nine contests dating back to September 13...Was unscored upon in 11 of his final 15 appearances.
